Styles & Items Master Data
The technical drawing and sketch of a style is assigned a unique ID, descriptive name, size scale grid, and product family group that will accompany the garment throughout its entire lifecycle. Later, associating styles dynamically with various materials, fabrics, leathers, trims, and seasonal color folders automatically generates complete collection items.
Components & Bill of Materials (BOM)
All components are categorized into accessories and cut materials (fabrics, linings, trims). Managed flexibly by color, measurement, color-and-measurement, or neutral attributes. Each component can be linked to one or multiple suppliers with seasonal standard purchase costs. Adding components to a BOM directly calculates product standard manufacturing costs and quantifies production planning requirements (MRP).
Compositions, Care Labels & Technical Notes
For each product or component, Just Fashion manages simple or complex multi-language compositions, international washing care labels, and regulatory documentation relating to CITES and luxury materials necessary for billing and customs export. A structured notes editor enables designers and technicians to attach detailed text, sketches, and step-by-step assembly diagrams for production laboratories.
